Make sure your photo has good lighting – enough to see the details of your furry (or non-furry) friend’s face, but not so much that their face is too bright to see.
A head-on shot is preferred. Make sure that you get the full face in the photo, including both ears. If only half of your creature’s face is showing, only half of its face will be on your PetMugs!
Avoid blurry photos – the higher the clarity of the photo, the better.
Our mugs are printed with only one pet, but we do have many people who order a second mug with a different pet so that they can mix and match!
Unfortunately we can’t provide a proof before ordering because our designers have to personally setup your image and crop out your pet’s head, but rest assured if there are any issues we’ll send you an e-mail for a new image.
We happily fulfill international orders! Our production time will be the same and shipping costs vary depending on where the order is going.

Typically it takes about 7 business days for your custom product to be produced. Once shipped, USPS will deliver continental US orders in 3-5 business days. International shipping times vary depending on the destination.

Changes to retail orders will be accepted until 24 hours (1 day) after an order is placed. We will be happy to help you change your color, size, and/or picture with the order – just send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible with your order number and desired changes. No changes will be provided for any orders more than 24 hours after they were placed.
Yes! We use a printing process called sublimation, meaning the ink is well-set into the ceramic and will not fade over time.
